All orders received before 2pm UK time are dispatched on the same day. All orders received after 2pm UK time are dispatched on the next business day. All orders are sent via a tracked/registered delivery service, and require a signature upon arrival.

Your delivery method can be selected at the checkout. We offer a FREE UK Delivery service via Royal Mail, as well as express and guaranteed next day services via Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.

For customers outside of the UK, we offer a fast, cost-effective standard delivery option, as well as express shipping via DHL.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email shortly after your order has been dispatched. This will include tracking and delivery information for your shipment. 

Taxes and Customs
Please be aware that international shipments may be liable for import duty or other local taxes where applicable. Any and all importation fees incurred are the  sole legal responsibility of the recipient, and will require payment in advance of delivery. Tax rates and processing fees vary between countries and regions, so please research and be aware of these charges prior to placing an order if you are uncertain. During busier periods, the customs clearance process can also cause delays so please keep this in mind if ordering time-sensitive items.

Please note that any shipments which are refused on import due to non-payment of customs charges will be returned to the shipper. Violent Delights reserves the right to recover any and all costs and charges incurred by refusal directly from the customer, including but not limited to: original outbound shipping costs, return carriage charges and any unpaid duties and related processing fees which are unpaid by the refusing party. These costs will be deductable from any refunds given, or will require repayment before goods can be re-sent.
