Returns & Your Right To Cancel

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for refund or exchange. Please notify us of your intention to return within this period. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, used or soiled garments will be refused, and returned to sender. Items and their packaging must be externally packaged for return to prevent damage. Any goods returned to the company not meeting these requirements are subject to refusal. Items returned outside of the 30 day cancellation period are also subject to refusal, and whilst exceptions can be made (at the sole discretion of the company), goods will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. Store credit is valid for 30 days following the date of issue, and is provided as a courtesy, not an entitlement. Therefore it does not constitute part of your consumer rights.
Items returned from outside of the United Kingdom must be declared as 'Returned Goods' for customs purposes. In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations (2013), buyers are responsible for the costs of returning unsuitable, unwanted or or ill-fitting items.

Should you need help regarding a return, you can visit our Contact Us page, or email us directly at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If applicable, please include details of any alternative items or size that you wish to exchange for. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days it's delivery to us - however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Your payment will be refunded to the source of funding for the original order. 

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, or should a fault occur with use, please notify us immediately. Please do not wear/use the item, or attempt to repair it. Please retain all tags and internal/external packaging. We will arrange for the return of the item for refund or replacement, and the costs of return will be reimbursed to you upon arrival of the returned goods. Please note that faults do not include accidental damage which occurs with use, or general wear and tear. Items which have been washed, cleaned, treated or in any way altered or modified cannot be returned.
