black sateen. Unique, 2-piece design comprising a hooded cloak and
removable feather shoulder embellishment shrug. Cloak features arm
openings to each side, oversized hood with custom vintage patterned trim
and ornate black braided edging which extends the full length of the front
opening down to the hemline. Fastening at the neck with an ornate metal
hook. Feather shrug can be removed entirely or worn separately, and
fastens at the neck with cord ties.
